One little setup step that helps make your scheduling support run smoothly. Follow all seven steps and be sure to hit SAVE!

  1. Go to “Preferences”.
  2. Select “Buddy List”.
  3. Enter 164436 under “Lookup by Employee ID”, then select “GO”.
  4. Highlight my information when it appears.
  5. Select “ADD”.
  6. Check that my name and employee ID appear in green in “My Buddies”. You are NOT done yet!
  7. Select “SAVE” to finish.
